This Business Analyst role sits within Operations, focused on improving and automating processes across the trade lifecycle. The person will work closely with Operations, Trade Support, and Technology to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify manual processes that can be improved through AI and automation. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll use Python, SQL, and tools like Claude and ChatGPT to build lightweight automations and AI-assisted workflows, while also owning the traditional BA responsibilities around requirements, testing, and documentation. They’re looking for someone who understands financial services/trade operations, but is also technically inclined and excited about applying AI to real business problems.
