The ideal candidate will leverage SQL and Python for data analysis, develop requirements, and collaborate across Operations, Trade Support, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on business analysis or operations experience in financial services.
• Proven track record producing high-quality requirements documentation and working with Technology through the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs such as Claude and/or ChatGPT for real work, including workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Trade Support, and Technology to understand needs and produce requirements documentation.
• Translate workflows into functional and technical specs for Technology teams.
• Analyze data across asset classes to surface insights and support platform implementations.
• Engage Technology through the development lifecycle to validate solutions meet business requirements.
