Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and operating production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience leading design, development, and deployment of production-grade, highly available software systems in the cloud (AWS preferred).
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with Finance and external vendor counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions within AWS to support high-throughput data processing.
• Ensure our cloud infrastructure handles EHR data ingestion, AI inference workloads, and secure partner integrations while maintaining compliance.
• Translate requirements from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success into well-scoped engineering deliverables with clear SLAs, observability, and rollback paths.
• Use AI Code-gen and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, generating, reviewing, and refactoring Python code.
