Tebra seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead AI-native capabilities across its billing and revenue cycle platform. You will drive design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and decision support for healthcare providers.

You will collaborate with product, design, data, and operations teams, building reliable, scalable systems using Spring Boot, Java, React, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience building scalable distributed systems.
2-3+ years of production AI experience with AI-native applications.
Experience with orchestration frameworks and RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering.”
Strong collaboration across Product, Design, Data, and Operations.

Responsibilities
