Job summary

Xceleration-Partners-LL is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Charlotte, NC to own the analytics layer behind RewardStation client programs. You will model data, build dashboards, and use AI tooling to accelerate SQL, QA, and narrative insights, while ensuring accuracy and governance.

You will work hands-on to deliver reliable metrics, participate in BI platform modernization, and collaborate with account teams, product, and leadership to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years BI/analytics experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Advanced SQL (T‑SQL required; DuckDB/Snowflake a plus) and solid data-modeling fundamentals.
• Production experience in a modern BI tool (Sisense/Power BI/Tableau/Looker) including semantic-layer design.
• Python for analysis/automation (pandas or similar) and Git‑based workflows.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI assistants in analytics work with judgment to catch errors.

Responsibilities

• Model the data: design/maintain data models and semantic layers for reliability across reports.
• Build pipelines: develop SQL transformations, automate data-quality checks, fixes when breaks occur.
• Ship dashboards: create client-facing/internal dashboards; standardize KPIs (participation, engagement, ROI).
• Work AI-first: use LLM tools and AI-connected data agents to draft analyses and automate reporting; validate outputs.
• Deliver insight: investigate client questions, surface trends, and turn findings into recommendations for teams.
• Modernize the stack: contribute to BI platform migration and performance improvements.
• Keep it governed: maintain data dictionary and metric docs; ensure privacy and security compliance.
