Xceleration is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to own the analytics layer behind RewardStation client programs. You will model program data, build dashboards for clients and account teams, and apply AI tooling to accelerate SQL, QA, documentation, and insights.

This hands-on role emphasizes reliable data, reusable models, and actionable recommendations, shaping how teams measure participation, engagement, and ROI across thousands of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data analysis, ideally in a SaaS or B2B platform environment.
• Advanced SQL (T-SQL required; columnar engines such as DuckDB or Snowflake a plus).
• Production experience in at least one modern BI tool and semantic-layer design.
• Working Python for analysis and automation; comfortable with Git-based workflows.

Responsabilités

• Model the data. Design and maintain data models and semantic layers (star schemas, metric definitions).
• Build the pipelines. Build, version, and document SQL transformations; automate data-quality checks.
• Ship the dashboards. Develop client-facing and internal dashboards; standardize KPIs for participation, engagement, ROI.
• Work AI-first. Use LLM tools and AI-connected data agents to draft and review SQL, generate analyses and narratives, and automate recurring reporting.
• Deliver insight. Investigate client/program questions, surface trends, and turn findings into recommendations.
• Modernize the stack. Migrate reports and improve performance; retire legacy artifacts.
• Keep it governed. Maintain the data dictionary and metric documentation; ensure privacy and security compliance.
