Job summary

Xceleration in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to own the analytics layer behind RewardStation client programs. You will model data, build dashboards, and apply AI tooling to speed SQL work, QA, and insights while ensuring accuracy.

You will collaborate with account, product, and leadership teams to deliver measurable ROI, standardize KPIs, and modernize the BI stack as we scale across 90+ countries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in BI, analytics engineering, or data analysis in SaaS or B2B.
• Advanced SQL skills (T-SQL preferred) and solid data modeling.
• Production experience with at least one BI tool (Sisense/Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Proficient Python for data analysis and automation; Git-based workflows.
• Daily use of AI assistants in analytics with critical judgment.
• Experience with data governance and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Model data and create semantic layers for reliable cross-report data.
• Build, version, and document SQL transformations with data-quality checks.
• Develop and maintain client-facing and internal dashboards; standardize KPIs.
• Use AI-first workflows to draft analyses and narratives, with validation.
• Investigate client questions, surface trends, and craft actionable insights.
• Contribute to BI platform modernization and migration efforts.
• Maintain data dictionary and metric documentation with privacy compliance.
