Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, database analysis, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with SQL and strong understanding of relational databases, joins, filters, and aggregations.
• Experience with Excel for data analysis including pivot tables, charts, and lookups.
• Experience with Python or R for data prep, analytics, or automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and transform data from enterprise sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, calculations, and reporting requirements.
• Validate reports, investigate discrepancies, and support data quality efforts.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Develop and execute test plans for reports and dashboards before release.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, and schedules.
• Provide training and support to report users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
