Xceleration in Charlotte, NC seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to own the analytics layer behind RewardStation client recognition programs. You will model data, build and maintain dashboards, and use AI tooling to accelerate SQL work, QA, and insight, while ensuring accuracy and governance.

You will collaborate with account teams and product leadership to define metrics, design semantic models, and modernize the BI stack across platforms.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data analysis.
• Advanced SQL (T-SQL) and solid data-modeling fundamentals.
• Production experience in a modern BI tool (Sisense/Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Python for analysis and automation; AI assistants in daily analytics work.

Responsabilidades

• Model program data and build semantic layers for reliable reports.
• Build, version, and document SQL transformations with QA checks.
• Develop and maintain client-facing and internal dashboards; standardize KPIs.
• Use AI-first approaches to draft analyses and narratives; validate outputs.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to account, product, and leadership teams.
• Modernize BI stack; migrate reports and improve performance.
• Maintain data dictionary and governance, ensure privacy and security.
