You will talk with customers daily, follow up on vehicle interests, set appointments, and help turn leads into showroom visits and sales using AI-powered communication tools. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle
• Build relationships and create a great first impression
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Confirm and follow up on appointments
• Work leads through consistent, professional follow-up
• Use our CRM and AI-assisted communication tools to manage customer opportunities
• Track customer activity and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a great customer experience
• Help turn internet and phone leads into appointments, showroom visits, and sales
