Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, accept, reject, and modify check records for proper clearing
• Support inquiries and requests related to check disbursements
• Execute daily processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory/risk requirements
• Investigate and resolve breaks related to check clearing activities and external bank accounts
• Ensure compliance with check processing procedures and internal controls
• Maintain oversight of retail bank check records to ensure accurate transaction history
• Assist with project testing for new products and operational changes through collaboration with business partners and technology teams
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and leverage AI tools to drive operational efficiency
