Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience can count toward this requirement.
• Strong interest in financial services and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding financial products, accounts, and processes.
• Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems, resources, and procedures.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Process requests accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting team and department service goals.
