Russell Tobin is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join an Operations Support team that assists clients through sensitive inheritance and beneficiary account transitions. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and excellence in service delivery while handling multiple cases with discretion.

You will collaborate with clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing in a high-volume, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, banking operations, financial services, call center, or client support preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch client support throughout inheritance and beneficiary account processes
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and internal teams
• Assist with account transitions, asset transfers, estate-related requests, and documentation processing
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and timely customer service while managing sensitive financial matters
• Research and resolve account issues accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed case documentation and update internal systems accordingly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, verification procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced operations environment
