Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer focused on AI integration to design, develop, and implement the agentic platform for our Data Lake tool, JCRSD. The role centers on Python components and robust Kubernetes orchestration, with an emphasis on secure, scalable AI integration.

You will build MCP servers, reusable AI skills, and API adapters to connect internal systems to autonomous agents, while enforcing strict data privacy and safety guardrails.

Qualifications

• Five years software engineering with backend focus and a related degree.
• Experience integrating AI APIs or open-source models into production.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux command line.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based components for the agentic platform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale apps in Kubernetes environments.
• Build MCP servers and reusable AI skills for safe AI interactions.
• Collaborate with teams to expose Java-based APIs to AI agents.
• Implement enterprise AI guardrails, data privacy, and prompt defense.
• Maintain strong testing and debugging across automated pipelines.
