Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner in financial services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrable domain expertise in Risk & Compliance (regulatory reporting, AML, KYC, market risk, credit risk, operational risk).
• Proven experience with Generative AI concepts and translating AI capabilities into business requirements.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architectures, data governance, and SOA.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles in enterprise systems.
• Extensive experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with backlog management and user stories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technology solutions, translating requirements into implementable features.
• Define the vision, roadmap, and features for products; ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and cybersecurity teams in Agile settings.
