Job summary

Dexian in the Washington, DC area is seeking a combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master to support the operations team within a large organization. Hybrid role (2-4 days on site) focusing on gathering requirements, facilitating agile processes, and delivering transactional, compliance-driven systems.

You'll work with Product Owners, project teams, and multiple business units to design user-friendly forms and dashboards, ensure usability, and navigate bureaucratic structures.

Qualifications

• Active SAFe 6 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in large organizational settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse groups.
• Experience with transactional, compliance-driven systems involving data entry and reporting.
• Experience with requirements gathering and writing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner to refine requirements for projects.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps in large teams.
• Support development of transactional, compliance-driven systems.
• Contribute to usable forms and tools design for efficiency.
