Job summary

Impelix, LLC in Illinois is seeking a hands-on, technical marketer who builds with AI. You’ll run marketing as a one-person team backed by AI agents and automated workflows to own the pipeline it creates.

You’ll execute multi‑channel demand generation, shape messaging, and run AI-powered ABM campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and content quality. You’ll also train teammates, manage the website with AI, and report on pipeline metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing with proven lead generation.
• 2+ years applying AI/ML tools to marketing programs.
• Hands-on expertise with AI marketing platforms and generative AI tools.
• Strong prompt-engineering skills and measurable AI-driven campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run multi‑channel demand gen (LinkedIn, email, paid, SEO, webinars) targeting CIOs, CISOs, and IT directors.
• Define Impelix messaging and partner with sales to use it with clients and campaigns.
• Design and run AI-powered ABM campaigns: identify, prioritize, and engage high‑potential target accounts.
• Own quality control of AI-generated content: brand consistency, factual accuracy, and relevance.
• Build and optimize automated lead-nurturing workflows and lifecycle messaging in marketing platforms.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, and nurture paths.
• Report on pipeline velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, win/loss ratios, and ROI.
• Train marketing and sales teammates on AI tools and prompt engineering; document playbooks.
• Build AI agents and workflows that execute GTM work: research, segmentation, content, and ad optimization.
• Manage the Impelix website with AI agents for content, SEO, and updates.
• Own LinkedIn and social, including executive thought leadership.
• Set up prompt governance: brand voice, prompt library, and guardrails.
