Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an AI Agent and Automation Specialist to design, build, train, and optimize automation solutions for a federal-aligned IT environment. You will enhance Service Desk operations with AI-driven assistants, automated routing, predictive triage, and knowledge automation in a fully remote role.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/automation, a BS degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with automation platforms and ITSM integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years designing or supporting AI/ML, automation, or software solutions.
• Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Create automated ticket routing, prioritization, and triage logic using AI models and workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with ITSM tools, knowledge bases, and enterprise apps.
• Develop self-help tools and guided troubleshooting workflows to reduce Tier 1-2 tickets.
