Brillio is seeking a Business Development & Events Marketing Specialist to drive AI-led growth campaigns, client experiences, and events from Coppell, TX. The role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, events, digital engagement, and AI, turning ideas into measurable programs rather than a traditional event coordinator position.

You will craft executive roundtables, client dinners, conferences, and field marketing experiences while maintaining a focus on pipeline growth and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
3+ years in growth marketing or event/digital marketing roles.
Experience planning and executing events across formats and sizes.
Hands-on digital marketing across email, social, web, paid media, analytics, and event tech.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI-enabled marketing workflows.

Responsabilités

Plan and execute growth campaigns to generate engagement, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify priority audiences and buying centers.
Create integrated campaigns across email, social, web, paid media, events, and other digital channels.
Translate audience intelligence into outreach, messaging, and experiences.
Develop campaign assets including briefs, emails, invites, landing pages, social content, and decks.
Track performance and optimize targeting, engagement, and conversion.
