5+ years of overall work experience.
3+ years' experience cross-functional with ML Engineering and Data Science.
2+ years' Product Management or related experience.

Responsibilities

Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science and Engineering teams.
Support teams to implement features by clarifying requirements and enabling end-to-end insights.
Facilitate prioritization and trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
Validate model results with clinicians and refine as needed.
Track product performance metrics to drive ROI and roadmap decisions.
Lead the Scrum team following Agile practices.
