Qualifications

5+ years of overall work experience.
3+ years cross-functional work with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
2 years Product Management or related experience.
2+ years working with AI, data analytics, data products, and/or complex analytics utilizing clinical or claims data to accelerate insights and drive value.
2+ years navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
2+ years communicating technical concepts to business and technical teams.
2+ years delivering products through full lifecycle.
2+ years driving results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Create product requirements documents and acceptance criteria for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Support Engineering and Data Science to implement features and clarify requirements.
Lead prioritization and trade-off discussions across teams.
Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
Validate model results with clinicians and refine.
Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics.
Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers.
Lead Agile ceremonies and guide a scrum team of data scientists and engineers.
