Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager within Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) to lead AI-powered analytics support for clinicians. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bring AI/ML products from inception to production, defining requirements, and measuring ROI.

You will work across clinical data, policy integration, and thresholds calibration, ensuring end-to-end insight and value realization while following Agile practices in a multinational health care

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with ML Eng and Data Science.
• 2+ years product management or related experience with data scientists and engineers.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, and clinical data to drive insights.
• 2+ years in a complex stakeholder environment and communicating technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements and acceptance criteria for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Support data science and engineering teams by clarifying requirements and facilitating discussions.
• Prioritize trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality during discovery.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners; align timelines with multiple teams.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value and problem statements.
