CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered analytics supporting clinicians. You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers, align with clinicians, and translate complex analytics into actionable products.

You will shape requirements, measurement, and roadmaps while ensuring business value, ROI, and innovation in healthcare data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
• 2 years Product Management or adjacent experience or consulting.
• 2+ years with AI, data analytics, data products, and/or complex analytics using clinical or claims data.
• 2+ years operating in a complex stakeholder environment, driving consensus.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to clinicians and technical teams.
• 2+ years end-to-end product lifecycle management and QA best practices.
• 2+ years delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions to support feature development.
• Prioritize across teams and trade-offs between speed, scalability, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
• Validate model results with clinicians and facilitate review/refinement.
• Track product performance metrics to drive ROI and roadmap decisions.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead a scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
