Job summary

CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-powered analytics products that support clinicians and data science partners. You will define requirements, drive go‑live plans, and ensure end-to-end delivery with a focus on ML-enabled insights.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to translate complex analytics into actionable solutions, manage stakeholders, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
• 2 years Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, data products, or complex analytics.
• 2+ years navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
• 2+ years communicating to business stakeholders and technical teams.
• 2+ years end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• 2+ years delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents, acceptance criteria, and specifications for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Support Engineering and Data Science to implement features by clarifying requirements and facilitating discussions.
• Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams with trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-team hand-offs and define data SLAs and interface contracts.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners; align with multiple teams.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value and problem statements.
• Liaise with clinicians to validate model results and support refinement.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to drive prioritization and ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Follow Agile practices and lead a scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
