Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Lead for Reporting and Analytics to own the product experiences and platform foundations that help customers understand what is happening across their business and take action on it.

You will shape the next generation of AI-powered analytics across first-party and third-party data in a single platform, working with teams in SF and Seattle and directly with enterprise customers to drive adoption and value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping complex B2B products.
• Deep experience in analytics, reporting, BI, data platforms or related data products.
• Experience building customer-facing products; internal tooling alone is not enough.
• Strong product judgment for data-heavy workflows (metrics, reports, data quality).
• Technical fluency in data modeling, querying, metrics, semantic layers, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered Reporting and Analytics within Rippling’s Data Cloud.
• Define reporting across Rippling: AI-generated reports, proactive insights, pre-built and customizable reports.
• Lead agentic analytics: answer questions, explain trends, monitor metrics, surface changes, recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Data Catalog to ensure accurate meaning and trusted answers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and centralize platform patterns.
• Enable third-party and internal teams to define and ship analytics products or reports.
• Partner with engineering in SF and Seattle and with cross-functional partners.
