Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise products.
• Hands-on AI product design experience and fluency in AI trade-offs.
• Strong systems thinking across architectures, data flows, permissions, dependencies.
• Track record leading high-impact, cross‑product initiatives as a senior IC or design leader.
• Deep interaction design craft with novel patterns and prototyping.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
• Technical curiosity and collaboration with engineers on AI systems and model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for AI Platform experiences across Rippling.
• Create reusable frameworks for AI interactions, automation, and trust.
• Lead large, ambiguous cross‑product design initiatives with multiple teams.
• Partner with PMs, engineering managers, product engineers, and design leaders to translate AI capabilities into usable experiences.
• Work hands-on with pods while aligning patterns across the AI Platform roadmap.
• Translate AI behaviors and platform constraints into practical patterns.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, narratives, and artifacts to align executives and de-risk bets.
• Raise the craft bar for AI product experiences by coaching designers and codifying patterns.
