Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Business Analyst & Operations Lead to advance data‑driven decision making and workflow modernization. This hybrid role expects about 2 days per week in an HPE office, focusing on analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled productivity improvements.

You will own end‑to‑end analytics initiatives, embed AI into daily workflows, and develop executive‑level dashboards. A strong data background and 6+ years in analytics or operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline and 6+ years delivering scalable analytics and ops solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into data-driven, AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and operational solutions end-to-end from data to reporting and automation.
• Embed AI into workflows using Copilot, agents, and automation frameworks.
• Lead development of Power BI dashboards with executive-ready insights.
• Design and implement automation using Power Platform, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Collaborate with engineering and business partners to align processes and KPIs.
