HP is seeking an AI Platforms Analytics and Governance Lead to oversee enterprise AI platforms, monitor usage, forecast consumption, and optimize costs while maximizing business value. The role blends data analytics, governance, and strategic advisory across security, legal, and compliance teams.

The candidate will develop plans, create dashboards, and influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights and scalable analytics practices. Relocation is supported as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in data analytics, database management, or related field.
• Programming certification in SQL, Python, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise AI platforms including GitHub Copilot and OpenAI.
• Define platform standards, governance policies, and model consumption guidelines.
• Develop budget guardrails and cost allocation strategies.
• Create consumption forecasting models and executive dashboards.
• Analyze AI platform usage, token consumption, licensing, and user adoption trends.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees and teams.
