Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Business Analyst & Operations Lead to drive data‑driven decision making, analytics scaling, and workflow modernization. This hybrid role expects collaboration across engineering and business teams to implement AI-enabled productivity improvements.

You will own analytics platforms, create executive dashboards in Power BI, and lead automation initiatives using Power Platform, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Typically, 6+ years in data analytics, business operations, or business analysis, delivering scalable data and operational solutions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end analytics and ops solutions—from data integration to reporting and automation.
Embed AI into workflows with Copilot, AI agents, and automation frameworks to streamline reporting and accelerate analysis.
Lead development of advanced Power BI dashboards with executive-ready insights.
Own in-house tools, analytics, and reporting through defined KPIs.
Drive workflow and tool modernization with automation and Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
Own and administer SharePoint sites and information architecture.
Drive cross‑functional processes across engineering for aligned execution.
Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions while managing risks and dependencies.
