Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst & Operations Lead in the U.S. hybrid role. The position drives data-driven decision-making, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity improvements across the organization.

You will lead advanced Power BI reporting, own analytics capabilities, and coordinate cross-functional processes with engineering teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, business operations, or business analysis delivering scalable data and operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics & operations solutions lifecycle, from data integration to reporting, automation, and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
• Embed AI into day-to-day workflows using Copilot, AI agents, and automation frameworks to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Lead development of advanced Power BI dashboards delivering executive-ready insights.
• Own in-house analytics, reporting capabilities, and governance with clear KPIs.
• Drive workflow modernization by designing automation solutions and system integrations (Power Platform, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
• Oversee SharePoint sites, information architecture, governance, and user-friendly searchability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data-driven solutions.
