Rippling is seeking a Product Lead for Reporting and Analytics to own the product experiences and platform foundations that help customers understand what is happening across their business and take action on it.

You will shape the next generation of AI-powered analytics for first-party and third-party data within Rippling's Data Cloud, building agentic insights, AI-generated reports, and embeddable analytics across the app.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping complex B2B products.
• Deep experience in analytics, reporting, BI, data platforms.
• Experience delivering products customers pay for; internal tooling alone is not enough.
• Strong judgement for data-heavy workflows including metrics, reports, permissions, data quality.
• Technical fluency in data modeling, querying, semantic layers, and platform trade-offs.
• Excellent customer and UX judgment making analytics feel simple and trustworthy.
• AI fluency and curiosity around agents investigating questions, monitoring data, and recommending actions.
• Ability to co-own problem framing and solution strategy with engineering and design.
• Clear, concise communication to executives, engineers, customers, and non-technical users.
• High ownership and autonomy; ship reliably with limited oversight.

Responsabilités

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered Reporting and Analytics.
• Define reporting across Rippling, including AI-generated reports, agentic insights, pre-built and embedded reports.
• Lead the next generation of agentic analytics: answer questions, explain trends, monitor metrics, recommend actions.
• Partner with Data Catalog to ensure reporting understands data meaning and sources.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR, IT, Finance, and other Rippling apps to identify platform patterns.
• Enable third-party developers and internal teams to define and ship analytics products or reports.
• Work with engineering in San Francisco and Seattle and cross-functional teams.
• Engage enterprise and mid-market customers to validate direction and measure value.
• Use AI daily to synthesize research, prototype experiences, and test ideas.
• Translate needs into jobs-to-be-done, requirements, milestones, and launch plans.
