Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics/data engineering or BI with leadership
• Proven track record building and scaling high-performing teams
• Experience designing governed data models and semantic layers
• Experience building data quality, governance, and lineage systems
• Advanced SQL with modern data stack (AWS, Databricks, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Scale and lead the Analytics Engineering team to deliver trusted data foundations
