Job summary

Develop Health is hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer to own analytics across our AI-first platform. You’ll reinvent how data informs patient access and operational decisions, shaping both customer-facing analytics and internal data products.

You will own the roadmap, shepherd the data platform, and collaborate with product, operations, and finance to drive impact. The role is hands-on, with office presence in Menlo Park at least part-time, and a focus on scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics or data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and dbt proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define the right analytics problems.
• Familiarity with customer-facing analytics or data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics at Develop Health and evolve the customer-facing analytics product.
• Strengthen dbt and Snowflake foundations and establish trusted metrics.
• Build AI-native analytics systems with reusable skills and analytics agents.
• Own roadmap, data platform, and stakeholder relationships, including internal insights and customer analytics.
