Job summary
Ralliant Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to own the full customer journey from order through deployment, adoption and renewal. Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in industrial software deployment.
- Experience with SaaS, Networking and Cybersecurity implementation issues.
- Experience with cloud platforms and managing enterprise customers.
- Strong project leadership and excellent customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete customer journey from order through renewal and expansion.
- Develop standardized deployment playbooks for onboarding, implementation, reviews and renewals.
- Lead deployment of analytics services and coordinate with DevOps, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Partner with Product to establish VOC processes and translate insights into product improvements.
- Ensure service reliability, monitor health, and improve uptime with automated provisioning and monitoring.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities for onboarding, self-service, health scoring, and proactive support.
