Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing ally to partner with US-based sales on ABM initiatives and AI-powered automations that drive new deals and account expansion. You will operate hands-on within a team that values data, automation, and multi-channel campaigns.

You will build targeted programs, enrich data, and report outcomes to leadership, influencing growth across multiple channels in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABM program management with sales partnership.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal-based workflows, data enrichment, and routing).
• 2+ years US B2B market experience.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels including email and LinkedIn.
• Daily hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, and enriched records in CRM.
• Report weekly outcomes to commercial leaders (meetings booked, opportunities, deals, revenue influenced).
• Test and scale new channels and plays that move pipeline.
