Job summary

CBRE is seeking a hands-on Manager, AI Visibility & Content Discoverability to own how CBRE is found, trusted, and surfaced across generative AI platforms and conversational search. You will partner with Digital Marketing, D&T, and business teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• 5–7 years of SEO or search strategy experience on large-scale enterprise websites.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered discovery platforms and LLMs.
• Solid technical SEO skills across structured data, crawl management, site architecture.
• Proficiency with SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and GA4/GA Console.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own CBRE's AI-driven visibility and content discoverability strategy.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and D&T to translate strategy into outcomes.
• Improve AI and GEO/AEO performance across platforms and surfaces.
• Identify automation opportunities in search workflows and metadata enrichment.
• Conduct site audits, crawl, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for content and engineering teams.
