The role focuses on identifying, implementing, and integrating AI and Microsoft Power Platform tools to enhance business processes, efficiency, and mission effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain web apps, automated workflows, dashboards, and collaboration solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, translating

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years of DoD experience in web app development, automation, or related roles.
• Experience evaluating, integrating, and implementing enterprise AI and automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the STARCOM/S1 technical lead for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance human capital and administrative operations.
• Act as the liaison between STARCOM/S1 and the STARCOM Chief Data and AI Office to align enterprise AI strategies.
• Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement government-approved AI and digital technologies.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom apps, automated workflows, and web-based solutions using Power Platform.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop automation solutions to streamline workflows.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI for workforce insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities, automation tools, and digital solutions into existing processes.
• Provide technical guidance, end-user training, and ongoing support for adoption.
• Manage digital transformation projects lifecycle from requirements to sustainment.
• Create technical documentation and SOPs to support system administration.
