Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, data science, BIS or related field.
- 5-8 years of IT, digital transformation, or AI initiative experience.
- Experience leading technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools.
- Strong business process analysis, solution design, and change adoption skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation, selection, and support of digital solutions across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes using technology.
- Develop roadmaps for emerging tech and digital initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
