Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology, digital strategy, management consulting, customer experience, or transformation leadership.
• Proven success advising senior executives on AI, customer experience, digital transformation, and business modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, influence strategic decisions, and partner with Sales organizations.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital strategists, fostering an AI-native culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Lead executive-level strategy engagements across the Tech sector, advising senior leaders on how AI and Adobe solutions accelerate transformation.
• Develop data-driven insights and compelling executive narratives addressing complex business challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Industry teams to drive customer success.
• Develop industry thought leadership and best practices across Tech sectors.
• Drive operational excellence across engagements, including resource planning and quality assurance.
• Identify emerging customer needs to influence strategic priorities and GTM partnerships.
