Auctor is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with our founders and product leaders on enterprise software delivery. You will synthesize customer workflows, methodologies, and product capabilities into scalable solutions that change how projects get done.

You will immerse yourself in customers' implementation processes from discovery to go-live, partnering with consulting teams to tailor our platform to their needs and drive value across engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technical concepts; comfort with data, APIs, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customer teams to understand implementation methodology, pain points, and deliverables.
• Configure and customize Auctor's AI agents to match customer workflows and artifact requirements.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure teams are productive from day one.
• Identify opportunities to expand value across new project types, teams, and use cases.
• Work with engineering to translate field insights into product improvements.
• Build and deliver demos to prospective customers across industries.
