Job summary

Scale is seeking a Deployment Strategist for DHS/DOJ to bridge cutting-edge AI research and mission-critical production. Lead high-stakes deployments, secure executive sponsorship, and drive 10x growth from pilot to enterprise standard across federal programs.

You will own the account, craft complex proposals, and coordinate with Eng/PM teams to ensure successful delivery and expansion while navigating federal acquisition vehicles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex enterprise IT sales within federal homeland security market.
• Proven track record of multi-year deals >$25M.
• Deep understanding of DHS/DOJ modernization priorities and AI/ML tech.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-million revenue quota and full deal lifecycle from opportunity to closure.
• Draft high-impact proposals and negotiate with DHS/DOJ components and primes.
• Lead account delivery post-deal with cross-functional teams to ensure scale.
