Job summary

Scale is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge cutting-edge AI with mission-critical federal deployments. You will own multi-year, multi‑agency engagements and lead the transition from prototype to enterprise-scale deployments within DHS/DOJ programs.

You will draft proposals, negotiate with prime contractors and SI partners, and shape an enduring funded capability. This hybrid role requires 10+ years in federal IT sales and a strong network across DHS/DOJ components.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex enterprise IT sales or BD in federal market.
• Proven track record closing multi-year deals >$25M.
• Deep DHS/DOJ modernization knowledge in AI/ML, biometrics, or case management.
• Ability to transition tech from demo to deployed capability within a major program.
• Strong relationships across DHS/DOJ and federal integrators.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle from top-of-funnel to award and revenue recognition.
• Draft high-impact white papers and develop complex proposals.
• Architect deal structures and navigate OTAs, GSA schedules, and IDIQs.
• Lead post-signature delivery alignment with Eng, PMs, Engineers, and Product.
• Drive renewal, expansion, and 10x growth across components.
