Job summary

Scale is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge cutting-edge AI with mission-critical production for DHS and DOJ. Based in the National Capital Region, you will land and transition high-stakes prototypes into enterprise deployments, navigating funding and sponsorship to scale across components.

You will lead multi-year deals, draft proposals, coordinate with federal primes and SI partners, and ensure successful delivery with a cross-functional team including Eng; this role requires mobility

Qualifications

• Experience in complex enterprise IT sales within federal market.
• Proven track record closing multi-year deals and securing funding.
• Deep understanding of DHS/DOJ modernization priorities.

Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum capture and quota ownership across DHS/DOJ opportunities.
• Draft high-impact white papers and lead complex proposals.
• Navigate federal contracting mechanisms (OTAs, GSA schedules, IDIQ).
• Oversee delivery post-deal with cross-functional teams.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and follow-on funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with SI partners and federal primes on deals.
