Job summary

REGAL is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer in New York City. You own the onboarding journey for each customer, bringing Voice AI Agents to life in production and partnering with founders on AI innovation. The role blends technical execution with product strategy to turn business objectives into tangible deployments.

You will own end-to-end deployments, work with APIs and databases, and guide conversational design while traveling as needed. Hybrid in-person work at the NoMad HQ is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role in a tech environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into a product vision and execute on it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored for CTOs and executives.
• Ownership mindset with high accountability for deployments.
• Interest in AI and Voice tech and willingness to learn and push boundaries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to navigate ambiguity and drive revenue opportunities.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 1 week per month.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer deployments by treating onboarding as a mini product cycle and integrating AI Agents into customer systems.
• Own the product vision per deployment by translating customer goals into a measurable deployment plan.
• Architect technical integrations with APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Shape conversational experiences with internal product teams to refine voice prompts.
• Measure performance, iterate with post-call analysis, and plan A/B tests.
• Manage stakeholders with weekly updates, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Explore expansion opportunities to drive ongoing value and long-term partnerships.
