Job summary

REGAL in New York City is hiring for an AI Customer Strategy leader who will own end-to-end customer deployments and manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers. You will define strategy, align stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes across multiple launches.

You will partner with Product, AI, and Customer Success to prioritize roadmaps, refine launch playbooks, and scale the customer strategy organization.

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or product leadership roles with proven impact.
• Experience in managing enterprise deployments and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer delivery from kickoff to go-live across multiple launches.
• Lead and unblock a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and prioritize initiatives.
• Define success metrics and ensure AI Agents drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and Customer Success to translate deployment insights into roadmap priorities.
• Refine Regal's implementation playbooks and drive revenue-generating initiatives.
• Travel approx. 1 week per month for key launches and reviews.
