Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Manager, Finance to drive AI-enabled finance transformations. You will lead discovery sessions, map processes, and shape practical implementation plans for finance workflows including O2C, month-end close, and P2P.

You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, manage delivery milestones, and help clients understand risks and tradeoffs while guiding adoption and change across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Strong finance-domain experience in finance transformation or related field.
• Able to lead client-facing discovery and delivery.
• Translate finance requirements into clear implementation considerations.
• Working understanding of AI capabilities and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance discovery sessions to map outcomes and pain points.
• Define practical MVP scope and implementation plan.
• Own the delivery workstream with milestones and risk management.
• Facilitate finance SMEs sessions and communicate progress clearly.
• Contribute to the Finance Delivery Practice with reusable patterns.
