Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered features and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python for APIs and data workflows.
• Experience with retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails for LLM applications across multiple models.
• Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs with authentication and data access controls.
• Ability to communicate technical choices to non-technical stakeholders and lead client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead AI client engagements from discovery to deployment, serving as the accountable engineering lead for the client.
• Lead discovery with client leaders to map workflows and identify AI value across research, deal flow, trading, and compliance.
• Own engagement scope and convert business needs into prioritized, measurable use cases.
• Architect, build, and deploy AI agents and integrations using TypeScript or Python on ECI platforms.
• Integrate solutions with client systems, APIs, and data while addressing authentication and data isolation.
• Design evaluations using client examples, apply automated checks and human review before production.
• Partner with client security and IT to establish data-handling requirements and production controls.
• Lead client enablement, train users, measure adoption, and document runbooks for handover.
• Mentor Associate FDEs and FDEs and share insights with product and engineering teams.
