Job summary

Qualco Group seeks a senior AI/Full-Stack engineer responsible for delivering production AI/agent solutions within client environments. You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to production hand-off, ensuring robust, scalable implementations.

You will design pipelines, select architectures, and collaborate with executives to translate client needs into tangible delivery plans while navigating complex enterprise constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with ML/AI infrastructure experience.
• Experience designing production AI systems, not just demos.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, agent/multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deployment lifecycle: discovery, scoping, architecture, POC sprint, production transition.
• Design and build production-grade AI agent systems — including RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Select and justify architecture for each use case, communicating trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the AI Strategist to translate use cases into scoped delivery plans.
• Build long-term client relationships and surface new deployment opportunities within engagements.
• Navigate enterprise constraints and ensure compliant, reliable production solutions.
