Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer - Managing Business Architect to embed with client teams and translate ambiguous business problems into deployable AI-native solutions. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from concept to production in live environments.

You will design workflows, configure Echo agents and orchestrations across ERP/CRM platforms, and develop rapid POCs. Strong client-facing communication and a solid engineering foundation are essential for driving measurable business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
9–12+ years building and shipping software in fast-moving environments.
Experience with Python, APIs and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Embed within client teams to translate business problems into deployable AI-native solutions.
Own end-to-end implementation from concept to production in live client environments.
Configure and deploy Echo agents, workflows, and orchestration layers across ERP/CRM/data platforms.
Design workflows combining human and digital labor to optimize throughput, cost and experience.
Develop POCs and MVPs in days or weeks and iterate with client stakeholders to drive adoption.
Quantify business impact and scale pilots to enterprise rollout with reusable patterns.
