Drivepoint is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy AI at consumer brands and solve data and business problems. You own the brand engagement from kickoff to client self-sufficiency, and may continue as a partner through renewal and expansion.

You report to Head of Product and work hybrid in New York City. You’ll tackle messy data, complex channel economics, and inventory challenges, building workflows and guiding implementation with Claude Code, MCP, and other AI tools.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of consumer brands, channels, and P&L.
• Ability to frame problems, define success, and drive outcomes.
• Experience using AI and automation to build workflows.
• Comfort communicating with founders and execs, aligning on scope.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI deployments for consumer brands and solve data problems.
• Engage with brands from kickoff to real-world usage of Drivepoint.
• Set agendas, ask clarifying questions, and own project plans.
• Connect Shopify, Amazon, retailers, 3PLs, ad platforms, and books.
• Tailor AI workflows and manage partner implementations.
• Turn recurring problems into reusable product features.
